Difference between ADF and OAF.


OAF - Oracle Application Framework -- Used for developing applications for Oracle Applications(ERP). OAF is tightly integrated with Oracle ERP. The applications cannot be run on any other server. So for learning OAF you need to have dedicated Oracle ERP server and APPS DB Access.


ADF - Application Development Framework - Used for developing applications for any server.


There are few similiraties between OAF and ADF.

ADF is based on JSF framework.
